Fujie Laboratory centers its research on the topic "Coexistance between people and robots in a super-aging society". Its major research topics are related to medical and rehabilitation robotics, where it plays a fundamental role in the development of state-of-the-art robotics worldwide.

Research in medical robotics is mainly focused in assitance to Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS) and human tissue modeling, whereas research in rehabilitation robotics is centered in the development of assistive robotics for impared people.

わたしたち藤江研究室は、超高齢社会において人を包括的にサポートするため、最先端ロボット技術による医療・福祉支援の研究を行っています。

医療分野では、外科患者の身体への負担が小さい低侵襲手術を可能とする手術支援ロボットシステムの研究を行っています。また福祉分野では、高齢者や介護を必要とする人たちのためのサポートシステムの研究を行っています。

わたしたち藤江研究室は、今後も21世紀の医療・福祉ロボティクスの発展に尽力していきたいと思います。

Information of ACCAS2013 †

The 9th Asian Conference on Computer Aided Surgery (ACCAS 2013) will be held in Tokyo, Japan on September 16-18, 2013. The ACCAS 2013 will be held in conjunction with the 22nd Annual Conference of Japan Society of Computer Aided Surgery .
